Fayetteville State University, through the Chancellor’s vision, has been looking to place a well-respected coffee shop on their campus so that students, faculty and administration could have central access to this amenity. 310ai developed this concept to front the existing main quad, provide needed retail and conference facilities, and support the University’s service requirements.
