Coty Manufacturing

Development of a master experience design plan for the entrance sequence, highway to front door, to their office/warehouse/manufacturing plant in Sanford, NC. The goal was to give both visitors and staff a meaningful experience as they came to the building and its grounds. For employees it was developing better walking experiences from their cars to the entrance and for visitors; it was about the total experience from driving in to leaving their car and walking up to the building for the first time. Along with strong wayfinding, landscaping and amenity structures were designed to enhance the arrival and tell the Coty story.
