Who is 310ai?
310 Architecture + Interiors is an established, growing Raleigh-based firm that puts design first. We work on projects of various size and scope in a range of market sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and community. Everyone has opportunity to engage with projects in all phases from conceptual ideation through construction administration.
We are looking for a couple of key new team members. If you are a Project Architect with a few years of experience, we would really like to meet, learn more about you, and share more about 310 Architecture + Interiors.

What we are looking for includes:
+ 3-5 years of experience working in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
+ Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
+ Capability to both collaborate and to work independently in an open, team-oriented environment.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Adobe CC, and Excel.
+ Expertise with finish and furniture selections.
+ Excellent communication skills and organizational aptitude, as well as strong graphic representational abilities.
+ Willingness to participate in all aspects of a project, including conceptual design, space planning, construction documents, furniture, finish & materials selection, specifications, and construction administration.
+ Dexterity to work on a range of project types and sizes, both new construction and renovation.
