When our client for this interior upfit in Midtown Raleigh contacted us, they were already working with another architect.

310 Architecture + Interiors was brought on board to invigorate an otherwise drab and unsatisfactory design. Our design response infused the previous design with transparency and spatial definition, bringing natural light into core areas of the space, and giving depth to the interior architecture. The space is punctuated by a social core: an open break area is flanked by collaborative work spaces, conference rooms and the entry/reception sequence.

DREAM LIVING REALTY

RALEIGH, NC • 5,500 SF

Dream Living Realty is a quickly growing Triangle real estate firm. When they upgraded their office space -- a location previously occupied by another architecture firm, Dream Living commissioned 310ai to rejuvenate the office to fit their needs. An open break area is central to the back-of-house open work area, and flanked by both open and closed-door meeting areas, catering to various types of activities. This new, flexible office environment allows the company to operate organically and cater directly to their clients' personalities.

This series of projects included major restructuring of offices in multiple buildings as well as repurposing the client's entire training center. Along with new open work stations, the general office was designed to increase collaboration as well as to improve the long term flexibility of the space.

IDCON

RALEIGH, NC • 14,000 SF

As a process management firm working with national industrial companies, IDCON was looking for work space centered on the idea of collaboration. To accomplish this, the design team developed flexible space that can be used for work, meeting and intense collaboration. All the furniture was selected for the project based on this same principle.
